1. Our Return Commitment

We offer free returns on all products purchased from Ken Fleck Ministries Shop within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are no restocking fees, no return shipping charges, and no hassle. We believe in standing behind everything we offer.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure the following:

Item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date

Item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and unaltered

Item must include all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories or inserts

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Downloadable digital products (e-books, audio files, video courses, etc.) once accessed or downloaded

Gift cards or store credit certificates

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Items returned after the 30-day return window without prior written authorization

4. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is easy. Please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or visit our website at kenfleckministries.com/home-shop to submit a return request. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Step 2 — Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 3 — Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) and affix the prepaid shipping label. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Step 4 — Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow the following timeframes:

Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days after refund approval

PayPal: 3–5 business days after refund approval

Store Credit (if selected): Issued immediately upon return approval

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us directly.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process described in Section 4 and indicate your desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the desired replacement item is of greater value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If of lesser value, a partial refund will be issued.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. You will not be required to return the item in cases of damage or defect, at our discretion.

8. Late Returns

Returns initiated after the 30-day return window will not be accepted unless a documented exception has been approved in writing by Ken Fleck Ministries Shop management prior to shipment. Unauthorized late returns will be returned to the sender at their expense.

9. Charitable & Ministry Donations

Purchases made as charitable contributions or ministry donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
